its a cloudy day today and l think l love it this way....l took an off from work today coz l think l need sometime to refocus and figure out wat excatly is bothering me coz l haven't been myself lately......l think its got to do with a few things that have happened at church lately and l really cant change them so the battle is for me to learn to accept them..
one of my parents has stopped communicating with me and its kind of getting to me as well...l try hard to stay focused and joyful and be the cheerful person that l usually am but lately l've been really down...a kind of desert experience l guess...eventhough l cant put a finger to wat is bringing me down l feel deep inside me that if l get closer to Jesus l will begin to see these situations that l'm facing in a different light...recently i read something that changed my thinking radically. the writer said "your happiness is not affected by wat you view its affected by your point of view"....and it makes me think that maybe i dont need God to take me out of these situations right now but l need to look at them with the God point of view....l am learning that l can be happy in watever situation and l can bring praise to God always regardless of how l feel and wat l'm facing....faith can never be faith if we only rejoice when we has taken us out of the fire....we have to learn to rejoice while we are in the fire becoz He is right there with us. lets understand that we are in the fire not becoz he has abondoned us but becoz he is purifyin us......and when we have come out of that eperience we will lift up 'holy hands' and worship Him out of a pure heart....l feel a peace coming into my heart already....CHEERS!!!!!!!
